Songvista is a private, non commercial, search engine. It offers internet-user to find lyrics, notes, tabs, chords and translation on different partner sites.
Songvista is just a mediator-service. We can't impact the linked content and furthermore we can't take the responsibility for that content. Moreover Songvista not arise any claim of the completeness for the shown results. Through failings in data processing and too much results some data can be dismissed. In any case, more than 50 results per site will not be shown. In case of doubt you should go to the partnersite and continue your research there.

§ 2 Use of the results
Songvista advice that you should only use all of the linked content in private.
You can use it for karaoke as well. If you want to use the lyric in a commercial way please get the rights and permission from the copyright holders before.

The using of the search engine is only aloud for non-commercial purposes. Automatically readout of the results is explicit prohibit. Songvista keeps the right, to block the search request, if such a abusive use is supposed.

Using Songvista is for free. The current costs (as server and traffic) are covered through advertisement.
